The River Main with its promenade, green areas and impressive bridges is one of the city’s main tourist attractions. You can walk, jog or cycle for miles, enjoying Frankfurt’s Skyline.
There are boat trips along the Main.
Art lovers have the opportunity to visit all kinds of museums.
On mild summer evenings, Open Air Cinema and Theatre invite you to sit back, relax and enjoy.
There are also many interesting landmarks just waiting to be discovered: The Alte Oper, Frankfurt Cathedral, St. Paul’s Church and Goethe House are just a couple of examples.
The city has theatres and music venues to suit every taste.
Day excursions to places in the surrounding countryside, easily accessible by car or train, transform your stay into an interesting experience. Your "hostess" has plenty of tips and suggestions about art, culture and restaurants that are reasonably priced.
You want to shop till you drop? What about a shopping spree? Germany’s largest shopping centre – Nordwest-Zentrum - has a huge range of shops, cafés and restaurants and is only 10 minutes away.
The Titus Therme (Spas) with swimming pools and sauna, are situated in the middle of Nordwest-Zentrum.
Drive to the city centre, Frankfurt Fair and Main Train Station in 10-15 minutes.
Public transport gets you there in about 30 minutes.
